The rooms have a theme. Ours was music. There was a tub tile and a bathroom sink decoration. Both music inspired. An original painting hung on the wall of musicians. There were records from the 50s and 60s, and a record player. There was a guitar/ukulele in the room on a stand to play. A valid blackout shade to keep the room dark on the window. There were books to read on music, the area, and the Bauhaus Art movement. The lobby featured sculptures, an art gallery, a bar, live music, and an artist-in-residence program. The employees were helpful, often assisting—a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Not to mention great food, especially the desserts. Outstanding. They went out of their way to park my large, oversized, handicapped vehicle. Five stars...Even ten.

Everything from the sleek furnishings to the cutting-edge technology in the rooms exudes a sense of sophistication and style. But the highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff at Saint Kate are genuinely dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any request. It's clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority.

I had a very traumatic event while staying at St. Kate's. I cannot express how wonderful, kind, caring the staff were in treating me in this situation. The manager, the security guards, 2 very nice young men were by my side the whole time. I don't know that I can ever stay again due to the horrible memories it will invoke but I would highly recommend this hotel to anywhere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me.

Amazing hotel with multiple art galleries and original art in each room. Our room had a ukelele (with a card showing chords for Over the Rainbow) and a record player with a handful or records (and more available in the lobby) along with very comfortable bed, comfortable and attractive chairs, and nice bathroom with upscaled fixtures. Absolutely loved this place!! Live music in the lobby, lively environment, and free glass of champagne on arrival.

The location was perfect as my family traveled for a show which was located across the street. I enjoyed the galleries, the artist in residence is fabulous! Aria restaurant, Proof Pizza, many other fun places to eat & drink within walking distance in a gorgeous area. The room was fine, really well done and comfortable. The staff was super friendly from front desk to housekeeping. We will be staying at Saint Kate again.

Nice to have live music in the bar, but it was way too loud. Acoustics are terrible. We ordered a pizza and it had burned parts on the crust, which later on made both of us get sick. We were part of a wedding party and at the party, way before it was over, servers started taking not finished drinks from tables that people left there because they were on the dance floor. That's not cool.

This is our favorite hotel in Milwaukee. Wonderfull location. Fun atmosphere. Great views. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic experience. We look forward to returning!

The free art exhibits in the lobby were a lovely addition to the stay. The complimentary glass of champagne was an unexpected and welcomed arrival perk. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean. The bathroom had a large, almost steam shower with fabulous toiletry products available. Desk space was plentiful, there were plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging electronics, the coffee and water station by the elevators was well stocked and cleaned frequently.

Was initially greeted with a warm welcome and taken very good care of by the staff. The room was as pictured and we had a very comfortable stay. Hotel is in the perfect location and you did not need to leave the hotel because there was so much to do there. Enjoyed our stay!
